I contacted staff on 4/10, then called to ask what's up on 4/18 - I got a call back that told me they'd been super slammed, and gave me no real info. Received response 4/29.
I think Dr Belen is awesome; he listens to me and I believe, he cares. I also think that the office staff is substandard; they lack initiative and show no empathy. Dr. Belen saved my and my sister-in-laws life.
Entire staff including Dr Belen are friendly and genuinely concerned. My appointment time was exact with no extra waiting.
