My cardiologist in the same office resigned so they sent me to him. I was coming in on the recommendation of my primary physician and surgeon. Specifically for a list of symptoms such as 2 syncopated episodes after standing, chest pain radiating down my left arm, and heart palpitations. I think Dr Belen is great; he listens to me and allows me to participate in care. I do think that the office/medical staff lack initiative.

I think Dr Belen is great; he listens to me and allows me to participate in care. I do think that the office/medical staff lack initiative. I contacted staff on 4/10, then called to ask what's up on 4/18 - I got a call back that told me they'd been super slammed, and gave me no real info. Received response 4/29.

I think Dr Belen is awesome; he listens to me and I believe, he cares. I also think that the office staff is substandard; they lack initiative and show no empathy. I contacted staff on 4/10, then called to ask what's up on 4/18 - I got a call back that told me they'd been super slammed, and gave me no real info. Today is 4/25/24 and I still have no response to my initial inquiry.
