Steven came out personally to assess some water damage I had over the patio of my home in Durham. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what caused the issue in the first place and the proper steps to fix it. He said his team could have it fixed within 48 hours. Long story short the company who replaced the roof on the house in 2016 before we bought it agreed to complete the repairs at no cost to my family so we ended up going through them for financial benefit only. however, because of Stevens professionalism, honesty, ... read more

Steve came out to give me an estimate on repairing my ridge vent. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about roofing systems. His estimate was very reasonable and I look forward to working with him. I’ll continue with this review once the work has been completed.
