Had I known to call the Ombudsman I would have. I went to Dr. Ball for post nasal drip. He said I have to look into your nose with this…..what I thought was a flashlight was a scope. He began to scope me without explaining the procedure and come to find out he NEVER NUMBED ME!!!!!! It was equivalent to the worst Covid test you could ever receive in your life.
