If I could give 0 stars, I would. It is nothing against Dr. Baker, but everything to do with his staff. They are words I can't even put on here. It will be sad if he loses a lot of patients due to his staff and their attitudes and negligence for patients concerns (and patients parents). His old staff was amazing, not sure where they went, but they need to come back. I am very dissatisfied with this office, and have been for the past year when this new staff started. Time to look for another orthopedic doctor.
Dr Baker is an excellent doctor but his receptionist needs to be fired she refuses to answer the phone and take calls
I dislike reading long reviews but if you are thinking about using this doctors office- keep reading. I may save you from disappointment. I’ll start by saying- I have no experience with Dr. Baker. He sounds like a wonderful doctor by reviews. What I will say is-he probably needs to clean house. By that-I mean his front desk. I suffered a foot injury on the evening of July 25th.
