Dr. Steven Kase is one of the best doctors I have ever been treated by. I am sorry he is retiring. Eileen, in the hearing aid section is great. That's the only reason I have been going to ENT. But your other staff and the answering system and on-line appointment system is the absolute worst. Over 15 minutes on average to get someone on the phone. I cannot and will not recommend ENT to anyone.
I've been a patient of Dr Kase for over 20 years He's very thorough and answers all questions and concerns
