My husband had been a patient of Dr. Atterman for about 20 years, possibly more. About a couple of months ago, Dr. Atterman's office informed my husband, as of August 2025, they would no longer be accepting his insurance. Since then, Dr. Atterman nor his office have responded to my husband's calls, e-mails or patient portal requests. Dr Attermann and his staff are truly amazing (Brendan and Jeannette). He is very attentive to my medical needs and concerns , does not dismiss me which is very hard to find in medical providers nowadays. Thanks to him I got a proper medical diagnosis that usually takes years at time to diagnose but he knew the proper blood test to request and got referrals to the appropriate specialist to confirm it. I’m super grateful ♥️
I like Dr. Atterman, but getting an appointment when you're sick is two months out, Unacceptable, and if I have more than 1 ailment to discuss, I need an appointment for each one. Scheduling your annual is no problem, but I need a doctor who is there for me when I'm sick!
He's just such a phenomenal doctor. Making appointments has been very easy, I love the video appointment option, and all of the admin staff I've talked to have been helpful and pleasant. Update to add now that I’ve dealt with the clinical team to deal with prescriptions - I still stand by my original sentiment, the entire office has been wonderful.
Doctor Atterman is great goes over medical diagnosis and trearments. The receptionist staff are poor. There are excessive hold times and they are not returing calls or may be unacceptable time frame when patients are asked to leave message for callback. Poor service.
