Very Rude and dismissive. I am not sure what going on with Dr. Hemmerdinger, he didn't even listen to our issue, tears came to my eyes because he came into the hallway screaming please can someone please look into these complaints. The Secretary and the Nursing Assistant were very pleasant no issues.

The staff was polite, but my appointment with Steven Arthur Hemmerdinger was extremely disappointing. The visit felt rushed and unhelpful. He briefly looked in my nose and essentially told me he didn’t know what else to do for me other than suggest a Neti pot, which I already explained I have been using. No alternative treatment options, testing, or meaningful guidance were offered. Considering the cost of the appointment, I left feeling like my time and money were wasted.
