In the 30 years of coming and being a patient I will never go back to the east Jordan location, thanks Sandra for the rude and bland personality. You most definitely need people skills and learn how to listen before you just do as u want. So again thank you personally for ruining yet again another customer from coming back.
Receptionist is insufferably rude.
Dr. Voci I haven't had any issues with... However the receptionist... Doesn't let you pick the glasses you want... Will judge by saying they're too big, round, square, whatever she feels. Basically telling you, you look terrible and that you should pick the ones she wants. Which I understand to a point but people should be able to pick the style and color they want. Without her opinion. She's not the one wearing the glasses. I'm sick and tired of taking my kids here and them feeling like they can't express themselves or get ... read more
I found the doctor and receptionist to be very helpful and courteous. I received my new glasses and am loving them.
