As a new patient, Dr. Sandstrand was attentive and thorough in taking my history and understanding my medical issues. He spent significant time with a physical exam and developed a thoughtful approach for my treatment plan. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I would highly recommend him.
This so called medical professional was absolutely disorganized, and unprofessional. I had the misfortune of having a video visit with him. He didn't listen to me, never looked at my medical records or lab results. Within few minutes he copied a link to a website that instructed me to get enough sleep, exercise, take a bunch of vitamins and keep hormones in balance. He refused to address my very physical symptoms and told me, without ever seeing me, that I probably had fibromyalgia. What a complete waste of my time and money... read more
Id leave zero stars. DO NOT trust Aurora nor this office. Go anywhere else. Read the negative reviews first. They will happily take your money, put you on crazy medications, and then cast you to the wind. Their communication, no matter in person, over the phone or via their portal, is absolutely horrible. Wasn’t pleased with Mr. Sandstorm and would not recommend. On 1 occasion he was 45 mins late to my appointment and thought it was acceptable.
Respectful, knowledgeable, caring, professional. Goes above and beyond for his patients. Doesn't give up until he has answers & a solid care plan for hids patients. His nurse Sam is also amazing, goes above & beyond.
