Would give zero stars if possible. Bumbling, late, wrong diagnostics, up charges. 6 visits, 3 months to fix a simple leak and it never got fixed. They replaced a faucet that was not leaking, so of course my leak continued. The faucet they did replace, they wanted to charge me for it, it is weighted wrong so the sprayer just hangs.Came back 5 more times always with the wrong faucet, never did change some vent they ordered. Took money and ran
Went threw my warranty company to have work done. Got told there would be out of pocket for upgrades, drip pan was never installed that I paid for, stand that I paid for was not installed, and I had to clean up after the tech. Tried to call and no answer no VM. Phone number on Google is disconnected. And they said my warranty company set the price yet they are the one quoting the job to the warranty company.
If there was an option to five 0 stars, I would. The service provided was not even worth 1 star. Our water heater kept tripping the breaker, so we went through our home warranty, which partnered us with Stephen Mills Plumbing. When they called to schedule the appointment, I mentioned the electrical issue and my belief that one of the elements had gone bad.
