Make sure that Josh is not the guy that comes out to do the work. These guys are just grabbing warranty money and not actually fixing the problem. Do not recommend. If you’re using 210 home warranty, be sure that this is not the plumbing company that they assigned to your job. They are masters at saying that something was improperly installed collecting the $100 and then leaving as quickly as they can.
210 home warranty approved repair of water preassure regulator. Steven a mills is disregarding the approval. They took our 100 dollar inspection fee and refuse to complete work 210 warranty has authorized. I would avoid this company as a rip off company
They came out for a service call for improperly installed waterline covered by the company. Tech state it was a modification to the line instead. Waterline should be to the right or left of the toilet flange and at a distance. You can see waterline is directly behind the Flange at only 3 inch distance. Completely wrong! Wanted me to pay them over $300.00 to fix it. Call someone else you can see from the 2.5 they have the service isn't great.
Came to fix sink on 1/14 & on 2/15 it fell apart. They said it was pass 30 days & nothing they could/would do. Pay another fee or nothing. A new faucet should come apart in 32 days
Steven A Mills Plumbing was assigned to me through my American Shield Home Warranty Company. I came home to a spewing hot water heater on Sunday night. (2/2/2025). I stayed out of work on 2/3 only to find out that I would not get an appointment until 2/4/2025 between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. When the service man finally arrived I ask how long it was going to take to fix the water heater and he said it can take up to 14 days! I ask why and what was I suppose to do in the meantime?
