Plumber stole money from us!! Went through 2-10 home warranty to fix a leak and they sent this plumber with an electrolarynx to my home. He came in for two seconds to tell me he had to put in a parts order and would come back to fix my issue once he got all the parts. He then charged me the $100 service fee and left. I checked on our service request and found out he had “completed” the ticket and stated “issue was resolved”. Phone staff and office workers lacked communication skills and empathy for their clients. The plumber did the job well. No complaints with the water heater repair job.

A Zero would be more appropriate. Plumber came out because we have problems with the showers turning cold then hot again. The plumber said he had only been a plumber for ten years but his boss was a plumber for forty years and needed to speak to him. He ended up telling the warranty company that the lines in a new tub were not put in correctly. He NEVER looked at the new tubs plumbing. Just speculated that face. TERRIBLE service.

Not impressed with the service provided by this company by any means. The individual who came to my house claimed the clean out was “glued” shut but it was actually blue pipe sealant. He went ahead and said he could not complete the simple task of snaking my pipes and decided to leave even though I had already paid them for the service when he arrived to my home. This company is just lazy and not very customer service friendly by any means. I would never recommend this company.
