Wait time about average for a doctors office may be a bit better. The reason I drive about 25 to 30 minutes to Dr. Mercado, well I guess you could say it’s his bedside manner. A humble man actually sits down side-by-side with you and goes over all of your results. Explain small matters they could lead up to large issues. It's such a shame that the front staff is so lazy and so is the coordinator that handles referrals. It's an on going issue I've had to call 3 to 4 times to get referrals sent out or prescription for medical issues. They tell me the same thing over and over we will prioritize the issue as far as referrals or medication. I tried to call requesting a supervisor and they hang up. I can't keep waiting on referrals I have a knee that is an issue and I need to see an orthopedic to see if I need surgery and Im in severe pain but no ... read more
