It's such a shame that the front staff is so lazy and so is the coordinator that handles referrals. It's an on going issue I've had to call 3 to 4 times to get referrals sent out or prescription for medical issues. They tell me the same thing over and over we will prioritize the issue as far as referrals or medication. I tried to call requesting a supervisor and they hang up. I can't keep waiting on referrals I have a knee that is an issue and I need to see an orthopedic to see if I need surgery and Im in severe pain but no ... read more
