As much as I desired to find a Eye Dr. close to home, this one did not work out for me, due to the deceitful billing practices of the office manager Barb Bolton. I cancelled an appointment with (7) days notice due to a funeral out of town. Barb inserted a note in my medical file indicating it as a missed appointment? The employees were working ony neighbor and when i asked them if they can potentially work on our vehicle as well to just come at least check it out see the amount of work and pricing but he just threw his card at me like im some toddler or something and said im out of here call and talk to me
Outdated and old fashioned! They sell you only the most expensive services without your knowledge. Barb the receptionist picked out frames and glasses for me while I was dilated. I was out of sorts. Felt like I was taken advantage of. Sharks! Buyer beware!
