They don’t have a psychiatrist in office . Was extremely clear of my availability which they said it was not problem( in their works hours) A whole appointment for just a intake, a whole appointment for referral for psychiatric ( which my insurance don’t require a referral) then said they can’t work with my availability.It seems funny especially when they are “advocating” for military and their family. I appreciate my therapist and his understanding. Even though we meet virtually, I feel the impact of our sessions and the improvement in my life.
I've experienced nothing but great things here at Cohen. The facility is always clean and peaceful. The staff are extremely nice and professional. I've had child care issues that interfered with my appointments. They worked with me and were able to set up supervised child care during my session. That was very helpful. And they always ask if I need it for future appointments. I don't understand why the rating isn't higher. They definitely need a five star.
If you want take your mental health seriously, this is the place for you. The environment upon walking in is very peaceful.You are greeted with a welcoming smile, and the waiting area is not packed but calming. I enjoyed that I was given the opportunity to meet my therapist to make sure that she was a good fit for me . I can honestly say my visits here are my peace throughout my crazy days durning the week.
