Totally unprofessional, incompetent, lazy and a thief, after talking a big game he demanded $15k to take my wife's case, during a meeting I asked several pertinent questions about how the case was being handled that any logical person would expect answers to, instead I (a HS dropout!) ended up "doing the thinking" on how to proceed, net result, state had to drop the case instead of my innocent wife taking some BS "plea deal" (and branded a felon) along with a big fine and prison, for $15k this guy is worse than a disappointment. Do yourself a favor, if you need legal representation hire someone else.

This man is a thief with a license. He told us at the first consult "if I could say one thing about myself is that I am a specialist in defense" but I guess he forgot about his clients when he tried running for Judge and got into a crash with his kid while being intoxicated. He must of sold a couple of clients to the Judge for his own freedom in return. He passed his clients to Gabriela , and never heard from again. Until court date, talked this big game a did not make a peep in court. He let Gabriela do all the talking . Don't get fooled by this man and his firm. He used the same tatic that was used on other people. Pushed the court date, and then scared into the sentence that the state says they're going to give you and makes you take a horrible plea bargin. The family member that he "so called represented." And our entire family was robbed of everything. Money, rights, and proper representation.

this guy took me for $5000 with a pen and a smile. postponed my case for a year then tried to make me take a deal by instilling fear into me that i will get 10 years prison if i don't take a plea for 4. i promptly fired him and hired Jeff T. Gorman who vindicated my claims by producing an acquittal. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. he was recently arrested for crashing his car with his kid in it while allegedly on pills and alchohol. sure explains how he treated me
