He did an amazing job at very reasonable price
We have done business with Steve Young Plumbing and Heating twice. The first time he replaced a cheap box store toilet with a top quality Koehler 1.6 gallon per flush toilet. The second was for a bathroom remodeling. This project included sink, toilet and bathtub instillation. In both instances we are completely satisfied and happy with Steve's work. His knowledge of system operation is very impressive. We completely trust his judgement and advice. A high recommendation is well deserved for this master craftsman!
Called for an installation of a water heater charged 1500 bucks, broke my pressure tank and charged me to fix it. Left water all over my basement and it soaked Into the next room all over the boxes we just moved into the home, so all our belonging were soaked. Tried to up sell me on everything 800 bucks for a new toilet, 1300 bucks for a new pressure tank when mine is still good and charged me a 200 dollar service call fee....needless to say he got on the tank once but lost a whole lot more business.
Tub leaking, did not fix leak. Did not seem concerned where it was leaking from despite being told. Charged $490 to replace faucet and showerhead. I could have done that. Waiting to hear back, may change rating after talking to owner.
