Beware of this contractor, do your homework. Steve is a personable guy and comes across very friendly but doesn't listen, cuts corners, and will defer you to his attorney if you have problems with his work. Our property is now de-valued because he was there. - Water lines all over the building were installed outside of climate controlled space and freeze.
