I was referred to Dr Wong by my dentist for a consultation and I have to say I was extremely impressed. The receptionist at the front desk was pleasant, smiling and friendly the entire time I was there and the staff behind the scenes were also smiling friendly and welcoming and finally Dr Wong himself had a very kind and gentle manner that instantly made me feel comfortable and that I could ask him whatever was on my mind. I cannot recommend Dr. Wong enough! My brother and I went to him for braces for years, and he and his team were nothing short of stellar. My brother is autistic and used to have sensitivity issues and anxiety with medical staff. This caused our previous orthodontist to be rude and impatient with my brother. We stopped going to that other orthodontist and switched to Dr. Wong. This was the best decision we could have made; since he and his team were incredibly patient and caring with both of us. The dentist is great however his staff is rude. My daughter had a scheduled appointment someone forgot to save and I had to take a day off work I get there and there's no record of it. Instead of being helpful the front desk women got rude. Even my 16 year old daughter was taken aback. Her words... that lady is infuriating. Thanks for taking my money every time but not doing your job.
Dr. Wong is the best orthodontist in town! Trust him, trust the process, you will love the end results. Front desk and the assistants are awesome! I will miss seeing everyone.
