I paid Mr. Steve Wilson to service my pool for several years and paid him to close my pool at the end of the 2017 Summer Season. At my request, he returned to open my pool in Summer 2018. He did not activate the motor and filter,and did not remove more than four 50 pound bags of sand from the water (on and below the steps).One of his technicians told my husband that an adjustment had to be made to the filter and they would return within a few days. We had our pool re-plastered by Steve & his crew. They did it within the time and price they quoted. Everything went perfectly and they cleaned up completely. Steve brushed and balanced the water every day for 10 days. Then something that was above and beyond, he closed it for us and installed the cover. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
