I can't praise Steve enough. He came out at very short notice just before Christmas to sort out a wiring issue caused by a rat who chewed through various wires. He worked really hard to solve the problem and find out where the wire had been damaged. A much larger job than he had originally expected as it involved lifting up carpeting in 2 rooms and raising floorboards to locate the problem.
