I have been seeing Dr. Steve Williams for over a year and half and I consider myself lucky that a friend recommended him to me. I found Dr. Williams to be enormously gifted, skillful, competent, passionate, and immensely honest. Deceptive marketing practices
I've been going to Allen Dental for eighteen years and have bragged on them for just as long, which is why it shocks me that I haven't written a review for them! They are such a caring, wonderful, committed group of dentists (two brothers + one additional dentist) and hygienists and other employees! There are people out in the world who will try and take advantage of people and I am so happy to say that I have never been told I needed something here that I didn't need. They are honest, and make
NO MORE FEAR OF THE DENTIST! I refer everyone I know to these guys! Dr. Jeff and Dr. Steve are terrific dentists with integrity and the staff have always been friendly. They definitely relieve your dental fears!
Not happy, but willing to forgive. Not happy with insurance handling, Still feel like I got swindled.
RIP OFF PROCEDURES – They will not work for you on insurance, I still have no clue if what I am paying is accurate due to the way they filed. The office team offers no help in understanding, once you ask a question they ship you to the next person, then the next, till you get to the top and they rub another 8.80 in your face. I walked in with two policies that covered me if I broke a nail. What could happen and go wrong, DID.
Best dentist if you need a shot!!!! Dr. Steve Williams can give me a shot without ANY pain. I was so scared of dentists before I started going to the Allen Dental Center. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Both Dr.'s are great and gentle. They work with insurance and can give you anything from a cleaning to a complete new smile. I would highly recommend the Allen Dental Center for your dental needs.
