From calling them and then walking in their store i was impressed and treated like a human being. They're was no hard sells pitch nor was there a pestering sells person constantly following me around. I talked about a particular vehicle on the phone and price. Both were exactly what I was shown and discussed. I actually done a little better on the monies.
My vehicle wouldn’t start at 1:30 in the afternoon so I had to get it towed to Steve White Motors and they were able to see me without an appointment. I am incredibly grateful for their flexibility in an emergency. Turns out my batteries were completely done and they had the parts for replacement in stock and they were able to switch them out relatively fast even though they were already booked with appointments that late in the day. I wanted to share the fantastic experience I had with Steve White Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat near Hickory, NC and salesperson Ruben. We needed a car for our daughter who is away in college. We needed it to be dependable and fairly priced. I was looking for Honda CR-Vs and shopping around.
