Very dissatisfied with the service I received from this office. The agent dropped the ball, and I ended up with no insurance for my vehicle for 3 months. Only reason I found out was because I received a letter from the DMV stating my vehicle registration was suspended, now I’m stuck with a penalty of having to pay $200 to DMV and even more money to have my policy reinstated. Don’t waste your time here, very unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars I would but I needed to give at least 1 star to leave a review.
Great guy steve
This rating isn't specifically for the agent but State Farm as a company. I called to get a quote for my house and I was given this high price and I was asked to add a car to bring it down, almost about 300 reduction. This prompted me that why don't you give me the fair price instead, you want me to add my car before giving me the fair price. They basically want to push you in.
