Been a client for four years. When new asked for meeting with agent, still waiting. Had a question last month, secretary could not answer, asked for agent to call us, never called, tried two more times and email. No answer. What horrible customer service. Changed agents and was greeted warmly and promptly and got our questions answered.

Steve can't seem to make it to work. He's been my agent for probably 9 years and on multiple occasions we go to his office during stated business hours, but he isn't there. Last Friday was one of those days. After driving up to his office and finding no one there and no note on the door, my wife ( a retired judge for the state of Nevada) called and left a polite but unhappy message.
