Honest mechanics, Good service, had the option to bill be more for an oil change as they though i had an auto during emailing, but they didn't! Good quality work, made sure all repairs were done correctly, and had a nice conversation about possible more work that had to be done. Easy work work with, easy repairs, overall 10/10. One thing I will hold these guys up to is contact, but they are a small mechanics shop, and as long as you go through the website, they respond almost same day.
Have been taking our slightly rare/uncommon Ford (which the main dealerships didn't want to touch) to Steve Welford Automotive for servicing over the past year. Happy customer - excellent customer service, work seems to be done to a high standard, pricing is fair and they are very proactive in letting you know about possible issues or areas of concern before they become a bigger problem.

Steve and the team fitted new wheel bearings & walnut blasted the intake valves. Very happy with both the service and pricing.
