My gas hot water packed it in, middle of Winter and a few days before we were due to head away to Sydney on a family holiday. I knew I wanted to upgrade to electric, but had no external power at the location of the old gas hot water and I wanted the rebate. I rang Steve and just told him all the problems - he organised to install the unit during the day we were coming home so we could have hot water on our return (God send!), he sorted the electrician too, but also, he made the entire rebate system VERY EASY!
