My gas hot water packed it in, middle of Winter and a few days before we were due to head away to Sydney on a family holiday. I knew I wanted to upgrade to electric, but had no external power at the location of the old gas hot water and I wanted the rebate. I rang Steve and just told him all the problems - he organised to install the unit during the day we were coming home so we could have hot water on our return (God send!), he sorted the electrician too, but also, he made the entire rebate system VERY EASY! Our Aquamax gas hot water service bit the dust after 29 years of trouble free service. We decided to change over to a heat pump hot water service. After some research, this lead me to Steve Thomas Plumbing who is local to where we live. After discussing our requirements with Steve, we employed him and his team for the installation. White glove service end to end. Steve installed a new heat pump hot water system and I couldn't be happier. The work is top notch, the communication throughout was timely and personal, and no part of the job was too big or small for Steve and the team. Couldn't recommend Steve enough for anyone in the east.
