If giving negative stars were possible, I would. In my experience, State Farm had no issue charging me twice; however, when I requested a refund—during a period when I could not make rent or afford basic groceries—the process was unnecessarily prolonged. It took six days from my initial call before any attempt was made to issue the refund. Additionally, the explanations I received over the phone did not align with the actual circumstances. Signed up for auto insurance under Steve back in 2013 when I was going to NAU. I kept it with zero claims and added renters and eventually hom owners over the years. Suddenly got auto dropped a little over a year ago due to their billing error so I swapped to another provider but kept my home owners with State Farm until they nearly doubled my rate this year on the house I lived in for years now without a claim. We were just dropped by state farm from our car insurance because we had "Too many" glass claims. While that is frustrating, state farm is a large corporation that likely gives the local agents limited say in who they decide to cover. The reason for this 1 star review is the terrible communication from Steve and his team at the local Flagstaff office during this time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️Ask 4 Haley⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let’s talk about life. Cost are going up, customer service isn’t what it use to be… However Haley is breaking that stigma. Friendly, knowledgeable & caring. Haley went above & beyond- answered any question w/o hesitation, gave me multiple quotes for different coverage types. I had 6mo left on my other insurance company & just needed to add my spouse.
