Poor customer service. Never return phone calls.
We were just dropped by state farm from our car insurance because we had "Too many" glass claims. While that is frustrating, state farm is a large corporation that likely gives the local agents limited say in who they decide to cover. The reason for this 1 star review is the terrible communication from Steve and his team at the local Flagstaff office during this time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️Ask 4 Haley⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let’s talk about life. Cost are going up, customer service isn’t what it use to be… However Haley is breaking that stigma. Friendly, knowledgeable & caring. Haley went above & beyond- answered any question w/o hesitation, gave me multiple quotes for different coverage types. I had 6mo left on my other insurance company & just needed to add my spouse.
