Poor workmanship and would not honor their work.Blamed it on a part they had purchased.Cost me over $2300 to have repairs done at another place because of their negligence.
My wife and kids were driving from Houston, TX to Minneapolis, MN when oil started leaking from the van. These guys fixed our van first thing in the morning and was very reasonable with the price. Honest and got my family going within a couple of business hours. Hard to find this kind of service in Minnesota. A very personal thanks for your help.
Very pore people skills, if you are lucky you will get Bobby who has the worst people skills in the place and you will never go back. I've been there twice, and bad experience both times. Steve and family do a good job, but it stops there.
This business is very Profesional and nice employees. In and out in no time flat, these guys don't mess around.
The people are friendly, and for that I'm giving an extra star. But I have yet to have a good experience mechanically speaking. Both vehicles I have brought to them, took much longer than estimated. One of them, the "repair" was fixed with a salvaged part and did not last more than a month and set me back $400. The other was suppose to take a day and ended up finally getting done a week later.
