Steve & Sons Air Duct Cleaners really went above and beyond to make our home's air feel completely fresh. We knew our new place in Fort Belvoir had a lot of pets living there before, so getting the air ducts cleaned was important. Very professional and knowledgeable service. I used their air duct cleaning for my three-story home with one HVAC system and was very impressed with the results. Scheduling was easy, and I received helpful email and phone notifications about my appointment. The technicians arrived on time, were polite, and answered all my questions. After cleaning the air ducts, they also vacuumed around the vents, leaving everything tidy. The whole process took about an hour, and they did an excellent job.

Preston helped us get an earlier appointment than we first scheduled, and everything about the cost was explained clearly from the start. we got a code on our dryer that meant the vent was blocked. jude knew exactly what was going on and came out to take care of it. he cleared out a huge amount of lint from the dryer vent—i was surprised by how much was stuck in there! he explained that some wet lint had built up at the bottom of the vent, causing the problem. he also checked our outside vent cover and suggested a better one to use instead of what we had. he will come back soon to install the new vent cover. the whole cleaning took less than 30 minutes! jude w... read more
