One of the reasons I went with Steve is the personal attention I receive. I have had State Farm since I was 16 years old and Steve is my second agent. The first thing he did when I first contacted him , when I moved to this area , was give me his cell #. He let me know he was always available and he has certainly lived up to that promise. Super friendly office that is always ready to assist in any way they can. They are always available to help with anything from minor to major, like cracked windshields on my Jeep, to my stolen motorcycle back in 2015. I have been able to count on them for support for many years, and they are the main reason I will continue to be a State Farm customer.

I highly recommend Steve Sonneberger and his team. I needed homeowners insurance for a new property in Johnson City, and they handled the entire process with incredible speed and diligence. Steve made sure I got excellent coverage on the house. When he reviewed my auto insurance, the quote came back significantly cheaper than what I’m currently paying in North Carolina. My family has been using this office for car insurance for a long time, and now I'm using it for renters insurance and a car policy with me and my husband! They take such good care of their customers (like family!), have excellent communication/over-the-phone etiquette, and have great rates compared to most insurers out there for full coverage. I worked with Ashley Johnson in Steve Sonneberger’s State Farm Office. In the future, if I need to work with that office, I shall definitely feel like I’m in goods hands. Ashley was very nice to work with, and would be glad to do so in the future.
