Super friendly office that is always ready to assist in any way they can. They are always available to help with anything from minor to major, like cracked windshields on my Jeep, to my stolen motorcycle back in 2015. I have been able to count on them for support for many years, and they are the main reason I will continue to be a State Farm customer.
I highly recommend Steve Sonneberger and his team. I needed homeowners insurance for a new property in Johnson City, and they handled the entire process with incredible speed and diligence. My family has been using this office for car insurance for a long time, and now I'm using it for renters insurance and a car policy with me and my husband! They take such good care of their customers (like family!), have excellent communication/over-the-phone etiquette, and have great rates compared to most insurers out there for full coverage.
