We absolutely love our Steve Smith Home on the outskirts of Gainesville! We spoke with a few builders before choosing Steve and Karen. We found an idea of a custom home that we wanted to recreate in our own way, and they designed and built it phenomenally. Very nice people. We went in for a consult, just to learn more about the process. They took the time to break down everything we wanted to know. Really amazing that they went out of their way to help people learn, especially when we aren't a customer yet.
