On Friday, May 15th, 2026, I arrived at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto in Tunkhannock Pa at 7:30 AM. From multiple prior visits, I was aware they don’t provide appointments. I knew I had a battery terminal problem & expected this visit would be minor and an I would be on my way in no time. After waiting for a period of time, their service writer, Dan, informed me I would need a new terminal wire harness costing $500 plus labor for a total cost of $700.
