Very great service people and staff very satisfied with Steve Shannon
I went to the lock haven location 4 different times for an inspection and was told they would not get to me until the next day three times. The fourth time I was told at 3:45pm they couldn’t do anymore for the day because they are short staff and one was leaving for the day…you are Open until 5:30?? I felt like I had to get there at 7:30 and wait by the door. So that is what I did… I was still there for an hour and 40 minutes. The guy at the desk with the last name Jackson was great all of this was beyond his control.
Very friendly. Helped us get our car inspected.
I arrived at Steve Shannon with a completely flat tire. They immediately took my van in and assessed it. They were honest and professional. I was back in the road with an hour!
I was given an accurate estimate of wait time and was pleaseantlybsurprised by their efficiency.
