I got my oil changed and state inspection done. They called to say my inspection failed and that i needed rear brakes and rotors, and that my front brakes just barely passed but my front rotors were fine, so i tell them to put new front BRAKES on too. They told me over the phone that it would be $430. A couple hours later, i get a call saying my car is finished. I go to check out and get my keys and they say the total is $1,059. On our way through back to Virginia, our tire pressure light kept coming on even after we put air in. We assumed a leak so we rushed over. Dustin was polite and kind on the phone. When we arrived, we discussed options on patch or replacement. He knew we were on our way home and in a hurry. They were quick! They pulled all the tires to check for leaks and found none! Shannon Tire was great when I had a leaking tire on my way to Florida. So glad I found them. They had my car in, and tire repaired in about an hour and I was on my way. Very grateful to them for helping me out.
