They hung up on me TWICE when trying to tell me that my truck needed parts that I had installed 3 days prior to bringing my vehicle in for an alignment. It took them an hour and a half to put two tires on and their “technician “ couldn’t even figure out how to put the hub caps on. (They just snap on over the lug nuts) oh and every single one of my lug nuts was loose and needed retorqued. They try and charge you for parts you don’t need. If you have a sports car they feel the need to use all the gas racing it. Make an appointment? Show up for it and they will say they didn’t know you were actually going to come. (Even if you ordered parts to fix the car in store). Yes this has all happened multiple times. Even messed up my friends mustang with the alignment. So if your car is worth anything. DON’T bring it to them.
Avoid at all costs. They don't fully examine your vehicle and find new easy to notice issues after the initial parts come in. They half ass their work and try to avoid the issue when something goes wrong. They also grossly misquote you estimates that are lower than the cost of the part just to get the car in their lot to try to talk you into spending double what you were quoted. I can't speak for all of the locations but this one is a liars den filled con-artists and thieves.
Stick with Oil Changes and Tires, real repairs are way overpriced here.
Thank you to the 2 very sweet knowledgeable gentleman that came to my rescue this morning and fixed my tire issue on my red ford focus. I came to the shop in Muncy all frantic and they fixed me right up . Thank you so much for your excellent 5 star service.
