took my 2016 ford escape in for inspection. everything but the emergency brake was good. was told the rear calipers were shot. i knew better because i just replaced pads and rotors on all 4 corners. they were adamant that they replace the calipers at the quoted $450. i paid for the failed inspection and went home, which by the way i noticed the rear brakes dragging. pulled into my garage and smelled brakes BAD. i called and returned the car so they could undo what ever it was they did to make the brakes drag. i returned home... read more
I would be very careful when you have your car serviced here they are not a very honest shop. Brought my car to have the tires rotated and an oil change and ended up with a grind mark on the inside side wall of one of my tires. gee how did that happen, took it to another shop and was told it was from a grind tool gee how did that happen and it was a fresh mark because the cords on the tire was white, if it was an old mark the cords would have been dirty. They tried to sell me a new tire, but this car is an AWD so you have ... read more

Stopped in during a storm with a tire going flat - they took me right in - fixed it in no time and did not overcharge me - all staff was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this business and will do business there again.
simple, fuss free, and my car drives like it did coming off the lot for the first time. No pretentious nonsense to while away my time. My vehicle was damaged severely at a dealership in Muncy pa, and after various repairs over the past 2 weeks, the final step was to get the wheels aligned. i dreaded going to just one more place, but i walked in expecting to make an appointment and come back in a week, but instead, they took it in right away, and within 10 minutes, they were done. Thank You for such awesome service
Worst experience ever. If you want to be abused and disrespected as a repeat customer than this place is for you. Worst customer service EVER!
