I have been going to Steve’s Service for about 6 years. Always great service, honest recommendations and they explain thoroughly and with kindness.
I definitely recommend this shop. Prompt friendly service. But above all, they are honest. I thought my vehicle was having an issue. They checked everything and said it is all good. They didn't lie and say you need this and that. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
Absolutely awful experience. I’ve taken my car here several times; the first visit, phenomenal; second, third and fourth, absolutely horrendous. I received nothing but attitude from the front staff, lies, miscommunication and a lack of accountability for staffing mistakes regarding car repairs, leaving my car with more issues than before I dropped it off.
