Anthony-Christopher Gamit What can I say about the above gentleman? Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, tactful, and product knowledge is above board. Anthony is the type of person you want to show up at your door to provide service, from a simple clogged toilet to replacing equipment. This is the second time I have been blessed to have Anthony give service to my unit. I pray it will not be the last.
Aloha. We had a funny sound coming from our tankless water heater and Kai C came to check it out for us. Kai was very professional and got us back on track right away. We had to contact them more than once but Kai explained why and was very honest. We would use them again.
I highly recommend Steve’s. We had a ceiling come down with a whole lot of water. I called the next morning and the office was very accommodating. She apologized for not having someone to come out that day. We had turned off the a/c so we were fine with next day service. Jake and Adam came early but not without calling first. They quickly found the problem and had allowed enough time to fix the unit. A/C went out on Sunday. Called and got an appointment for Tuesday. However, Frank was able to come late today, which is Monday the day after Easter. Frank was very professional and solved our issue right away. We will be continuing to use Steve’s Plumbing & and ask for Frank!
