They like to randomly harras people on Facebook via automated messages... and then when asked to stop they keep messaging... bad business model to harras people online via your business profile... maybe think about turning that feature off...
I will preface this by saying that I rarely leave negative reviews. As a small business owner I thoroughly understand what negative reviews entail. Considering this, both my wife and myself have reached out several times via phone call and text with absolutely no response. Our gutters leak in spots they shouldn't and do not drain in spots they should. It is my belief that if one side was raised slightly this would fix the issue. Could I do this myself? Sure.
