I went to Steve’s for a haircut before my wedding day and he did a fantastic job. Very friendly and professional. I walked in without making an appointment, and he found room in his busy schedule for me. I didn’t have to wait very long either. Another thing I noticed while I was in there is that he had a loyal following of repeat customers.
Top notch service, the attention to detail is unmatched. An absolutely wonderful experience. Steve's is my go to shop in the Detriot area.
This has got to be the worst haircut experience ever! Don't bother making an appointment, as the owner will cherry pick his own people over others. I could sense he speaks slang only to some customers, which is very uncomfortable. It's unprofessional, especially if I brought my kid. I don't want him to hear all your foul language. That's not how you run a business. Why not greet a customer when they walk in instead of giving them a blank stare. Have a check in system like other places. A simple hello would be nice.
