I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best auto coverage on a friendly budget so I filled out an online form and Steve Root Allstate Insurance was recommended. Turns out, I already have Allstate insurance but Jay Thomas called me anyway. He was professional when I told him my circumstances and wise with suggestions that could be beneficial to me, (which turned out to true!) One of the best experiences I have ever had with an insurance company. Allstate made my claim simple! No hassle on their part and when needed…. They stepped in and took care of business! THEN!!! After the claim I had issues with getting my payment for monthly installments made and that is where Lacey came into play! She was awesome! Went out of her way to help and got all taken care of. Lacey and Allstate have a 5 star with me!
I’ve been with Allstate for all my insurance needs for decades. Steve is a great agent, very helpful and responsive, and the office folks (especially Lacey!) are extremely helpful as well.
