Very amazing experience on my first visit dealing with Kyler and D, had provided a detailed explanation on my diagnostic and even showing me the faulty parts and great pricing! Can’t beat the service here.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. They take no accountability, the receptionist is extremely rude. I could have overlooked the high pricing if I had any confidence in their service or follow-through. Instead, I encountered delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I seriously question the credibility of the positive reviews. I left with no trust in this business and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Had a single car accident where I knocked out my steering alignment. Took it to Kylers after seeing all the good reviews, and now I see why. Achmed I believe was the Technicians name was extremely transparent, helpful, and answered all my questions. No upselling whatsoever, and he even gave me a discount after my debit card had maxed out. Best place for auto repair. Excellent price and NO unnecessary repairs or upselling. Kyler’s is a good, honest shop that took the time to explain my repairs, answer my questions and they stand behind their work. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable.
