I recently brought my car in for an oil change at Kyler's Auto Service and was extremely pleased with the experience. The mechanic was knowledgeable and handled my Alfa Romeo with care, which isn't the easiest car to work on. The receptionist was kind and very helpful, making the whole process smooth and easy. I highly recommend Kyler's Auto Service for their professionalism, expertise, and friendly customer care.

Very disappointed with my experience. The mechanic did not properly explain or diagnose the problem with my car and gave me a repair estimate that I felt was far too high. I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic, and they were able to fix the actual problem for less than half of what I was originally quoted. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs here. I felt like I was being pushed to spend much more money than necessary.
