I found a place I wanted to buy and called Steve and Charles and said can you meet me at the house at 3:30 to show it to me. They met me and I signed the papares that day to start the process. They got the place inspected and we place an offer. They knew people that could help me with the minor repairs and that was complete. I then put my other home up for sale.
