On March 29, 2021, I arrived at Steve Rayman's service department a little after 10 am for an oil change with a tire rotation on my Silverado Z71. I was told by my service advisor that there will be a bit of a wait as there were several customers that were ahead of me for the same thing; That was fine because there is always a bit of a wait at the dealership. Came into the dealership yesterday. Got an assessment on my vehicle. Stated that I needed a part that will stop my car from overheating. Paid over $400 to get the problem resolved. Later that evening, I experienced the same issues. Came back in today and all of a sudden, I need $1700 worth of work done. The technician Charles got irate and hysterical because I wanted an understanding of why he didn't see the problem yesterday. I think they run a crooked business and are there to rip off the customer. It is my understanding that when a customer purchases a vehicle from any dealer, there is an implied contract between the customer and the business owner that they will provide the customer with a working vehicle and the customer will pay the asking price or agreed on price. I mike ***** called this customer today 11.15.19 and let him know that the vehicle just got ready and explained to him that it was ready and he could pick it up from martin tomorrow11.16.19 after 8.00 am and that the bill was being charged to the used car department, not his extended warranty. I apologized for his inconvenience and explained how the billing portion was going so he didn't think it was through his extended warranty. I had an appointment that was setup with Chevy HQ customer service getting involved as I'd a particular request I wanted to be accommodated. When setting up the appointment over the phone a few days ago I explained in detail about what I wanted and their Service Advisor, Reggie, completely agreed "professionally" to accommodate my request. DON'T BUY FROM THE B LOT (COBB PARKWAY MOTORS) IN THE BACK!!! If I could rate them a zero I would! Customer service was actually better than what the reviews say, but when I say DON'T BUY HERE, please save yourself continuous headaches.
