Best mechanic on the south coast
I want to thank the friendly team at Steve Purse Automotive. Especially Karen on reception, who was kind and thoughtful when I arrived at 8am for a rego check with three grandchildren in tow. Although we didn’t have to wait long, she turned on the TV in the waiting area and organised extra chairs for us. The mechanics also were considerate by leaving the vehicle in the bay so we didn’t have to run through the rain to get back in the car after they had done their work. We were on holiday in Jervis Bay when our car had a problem with the starter and needed urgent repairs. Other workshops turned us away, but this one welcomed us and agreed to fix the car right away. They even gave us a car to use while ours was being repaired. A big thank you to the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate their great service. Thanks from our whole family!
