Might be a victim of their own success but was disappointed after booking in a diagnostic for this morning, needing to know if the car is safe for a long journey. I was booked in over the phone, took two hours off work, drove there (45mins) and was told they were 10 cars deep and couldn't fit me in until the end of the day earliest, if even today at all. They were clearly stressed so not having a go but I lost two hours pay and 90 mins diesel to not get a diagnostic when I would have booked elsewhere if Steve had told me on ... read more
