I have previously used this company for many years and after today's call, I will be warning people away. I previously asked for a service for my boiler as it was due and was sounding strange. The guys who came out was lovely and stayed only about 15 minutes and said all appeared well. When I got the bill it was not the normal service amount but a completely different charge for investigations, as this was not made clear prior to the appointment I requested that they honor the amount previously discussed.
