Michele Bates is absolutely wonderful! She has helped us navigate through multiple car wrecks, a stolen vehicle, and a couple of hurricanes! She is incredibly responsive and proactive! I can call or text her anytime and she is always ready to help! Michele is the reason that I will never even consider leaving State Farm! My whole family loves her! She is the BEST!
