I'll start with Cheyenne is wonderful. That being said dropped off 3 year in row oil change inspection. Last year one of the oil changes Nisbee tech over torqued the oil bolt into pan. Funny tech is no longer there. Cut to sat july 18 they call us we cant get the bolt out need to drill it out it m8ght Crack the oil pan maybe not. What the heck. *Update* 12/2025 After it being several years since my bad experience and been using Toyota's service center for years now, I had a very simple fix that needed to be done and thought they may have the part and I won't need to wait on it. The splash shield came loose and just wanted to get that fixed. Well it was damaged and needed to be replaced (that was understandable).
