*Update* 12/2025 After it being several years since my bad experience and been using Toyota's service center for years now, I had a very simple fix that needed to be done and thought they may have the part and I won't need to wait on it. The splash shield came loose and just wanted to get that fixed. Well it was damaged and needed to be replaced (that was understandable).
