What I appreciate about the service I received is the honesty. I brought my car to a shop, I won't put their name on blast, and they wanted to charge me for new spark plugs, front brakes and rotors and they said my starter needed to be replaced. When I took my car to Steve he told me I just needed front brakes and a new starter, my rotors have plenty of life to them and my spark plugs did not need to be replaced. charged me $50 for a gallon of coolant and a gallon of water. i checked when i flushed it first half was coolant second half was water. then charged me $150 to tell me it was throwing the same code that i told them it was throwing when i dropped it off. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes paying people to tell you the same thing you told them

I purchased a Mopar 5th wheel prep kit from the dealer. Once I had the kit I was told the dealer does not installed the kit. I called around and no repair shop in Chico would touch it because I did not buy it from them. Okay, I get that. I contacted Steve O's and spoke to Nancy. I told her my situation and she was very help for and scheduled me for the next morning. Justin installed the prep kit and it was done right. I will call Nancy for any other issues from now on.
